Glass works, museum and sampling room Moser in Karlovy Vary
The glass works Moser in Karlovy Vary that became famous by the production of blown, hand cut, engraved and decorated glass of top quality was founded in 1857 by the talented engraver Ludwig Moser. Due to its style, elegance and classical proportions, the glass Moser soon got popular with significant personalities from the whole world and the ownership of the brand set belongs till today, in the exclusive society, to the bon ton. The glass museum documents the history of production since the foundation of the firm till the present time. A part of the exhibition exposition is devoted to the deliveries of the glass works to the monarchs and other world celebrities. The museum is connected with the trade sample room and shop. The glass works Moser also prepare excursions to the glass works where the visitors, accompanied by a guide, will get acquainted with blowing of glass to moulds and manual shaping of products.
